Does anyone know how to change the heading colors in frontpage showing Listing mode and My Membership mode ?

The colors I need to change is #9F4343 and #266672

I have searched true my template css and the css I found in directory of RSMembership without luck.

Anyone have a idea?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
