Im researching the best extensions for an upcoming job and need to know if reevents and rsform are joomfish friendly? as the classes/events will need to be available in 5 languages

English
Spanish
Russian
Vietnamese
Chinese

are there any known issues?

Something that might be useful is a subcategory setting where the event language can be set.

also if an event is canceled, does rsevents, visibly show that it was canceled?

also how well does rsevents handle large amounts of events on a day, we currently can have upto 20 events on any day and 3000 events registered per month.

Hello,

RSEvents! and RSForm! Pro have no problems with Joomfish and can be easily translated.

RSEvents! does not have any subcategory setting from where you can set the event language.

If an event has been canceled it will be deleted from the event list and calendar.

RSEvents! has no problem with large numbers of events per day or per month.

Regards!

Does anyone have a link to a tutorial on how to translate an event in rsevent through joomfish.

I am able to translate the RSform but not the event : the translation option is not available on the administration panel of rsevents.

just to be complete, you can download the JoomFish elements from the download section and copy files on
/administrator/components/com_joomfish/contentelements
of your Joomla installation.
After this you will find the RSEvents elements inside Joomfish ready to be translated! B)
