Hi

I need a conditional field that once selected sends an additional email to management, scenario is this:

Form has "Is there any damage?" - Yes/No field - if Yes is selected two more fields are loaded, one textarea and one file upload - so if the assessor chooses Yes then an additional email is sent to his manager at the time of submission.

If you are already sending an email to the manager could you not just include the contents of the text and file upload fields if the checkbox is yes using {if...}.....{/if}
If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, then you obviously don't understand the situation!
