Joomla! user integration

We have a newsletter we want to send to our members. They are all included in one group. But we also have other users on our site that are not members, but only customers in our shop etc.
Suggestion # 1:
We would like to have a subscription list containing all the users from a particular group of Joomla users.
Suggestion # 2:
Even better if this could be a dynamic list, so that new members added to the group are automatically included to the list at the next newsletter dispatch.
