Itemid selection in modules and plugins

In all modules and plugins I have used, you allow to enter Itemid as a custom text.
Instead you could just change configurations for example:
from
to
Which allows you to select menu item you want from the list and makes it user friendly.

Quotehtml lines were removed.
Itemid field type should be changed
from: text
to: menuitem
