Display user's name instead of login name

at this moment RSFeedback component shows author's (submitted by) login name only, which is not very useful in most cases.
Both front-end and back-end views show user's login name.
I'm referring to these views:
In front-end - feedback (default.php, edit.php) and feedbacks (default_items.php) views.
In back-end - feedback (edit.php) and feedbacks (default.php) views.
It would be great if we could change it to user's name instead, without hacking core methods.
We would suggest to add additional columns like "u.name" in your getListQuery methods (../com_rsfeedback/models/feedbacks.php files) at least, or make a configuration option which would allow administrators to choose whether display user name or login name with "submitted by" label.
