upload file via mail with cron

I suggest you add the ability to upload files by sending an email with the attached file and setting permissions based on the object of the email and the various user groups joomla.
The text of the mail could be the description of the file.
for example

subject of the mail: USER1
mail text: description

the file should be visible only by group user1 and the text should be the description of the file

if there is a mismatch between the subject of the mail and user group the file should be loaded but not published.
