Sort by city in RSDirectory

Currently in RSDirectory's front end, we can sort entries by title, date published, expiry date, title, author, and hits. I would also prefer if you could add a new search option for "City."
I am using RSDirectory to create a small directory of various different businesses in Michigan and it would be very beneficial to my users if they can sort the entries by city.

I believe I would take it even a step further by providing a filter for STATE as well.
