Joomla! 1.5.24, 1.7.2 and RSFirewall! revision 32 are here!

in RSFirewall! on 18 Oct 2011 having 2 comments

The Joomla! Developer Team has announced the availability of two new Joomla! versions (1.7.2 and 1.5.24), both fixing several medium security issues detected in previous releases.

RSFirewall! - Joomla! security extension

The RSFirewall! source code has been updated with Joomla! 1.7.2 and 1.5.24 hash files as well.

We recommend updating Joomla! and RSFirewall! to the latest releases, whether you’re a Joomla! 1.5 or Joomla! 1.7 user and perform a new “System Check".

How to update to RSFirewall! revision 32?

@Grzegorz

The issue is most likely generated because a different upload method used when you have performed the update. Please try to upload the files again using a binary upload method.

lots of files to accept

Hi
I just installed your excellent product, but after update to joomla 1.5.24 I have lots of files for manual accepting. I replace all files on my server with files from original joomla package 2 times, but problem still exist.

This files are for example:
administrator/components/com_media/media.xml
administrator/components/com_menus/models/metadata/separator.xml and more than 200 more - any ideas?

Thanks
Greg
