To be connected with our friends and the world around us is part of our human being.
But having all these persons in the same room, at the same time, can be a challenge when most of them are on the other side of the country or halfway around the world.
With this in mind, we have created an integration between our most popular Joomla! component, RSForm!Pro and one of the most popular Video Conferencing platforms, Zoom.
The integration between RSForm!Pro and Zoom will allow you to create custom registration forms for your Zoom Meetings.
How does it work?
There are 3 simple steps in configuring the integration between Zoom and RSForm!Pro:
1. Setting up Zoom API Keys
The Zoom API Key and API Secret Key can be configured by heading to Components > RSForm!Pro > Configuration and accessing the Zoom tab.
Both keys can be generated from you Zoom account, more information regarding this matter can be found here.
2. Scheduling a Meeting in Zoom
Next, you will be able to schedule a meeting from your Zoom account. Note that the 'Registration' option needs to be required in order for the integration to work.
3. Configuring the integration
Access your form in the admin panel Components > RSForm!Pro > Manage Forms > your form > Form Properties > Zoom tab and enable the "Use Zoom" option
Select your user from the "Users" dropdown and choose the "Meeting" your submitting users will be added to.
If the all the steps have been taken properly, you should be able to see the registration fields where you should map the fields from your RSForm!Pro form.
The plugin is free and can be downloaded by logging into our website using the account that holds the subscription and heading to Downloads > My Downloads area.
