Tickets that are coming from email message can often have a different time zone than the one on your site. This is primarily caused by the fact that email server may reside in a different time zone. This can be overcomed by setting a different time zone for the Cron Email Parser in RSTickets! Pro.
The time zone can be set in RSTickets! Pro >> Cron Email Parser Configuration, here you can edit your Email Parser and, in the "Advanced" tab, you will be able to set the Time Zone for the parser.
