Groups
As a general view, the Groups tab provides a listing of your current RSFeedback! groups.
With the grouping feature you can set different permissions/restrictions based on the category of the logged in user. By default two groups are available, but more can be added at any time (by pressing the New button): Public and Registered.
The group restrictions are divided into two sections: Feedbacks and Categories, that address restrictions on their suggestive naming.
Feedbacks
- Users in this group can submit new feedbacks: yes/no
- Users in this group can delete feedbacks: yes/no
- This group can update statuses: yes/no
- Move feedbacks: yes/no
- Edit feedbacks: yes/no
- Moderate flags: yes/no
- Enable captcha: yes/no - if captcha is enabled from the RSFeedback! Settings area, this group setting will allow you to enable or disable the captcha functionality per group.
Categories
- Users in this group can create categories: yes/no
- This group can delete categories: yes/no
- Can edit categories: yes/no
