Flags
In the Flags screen you can create/delete flags for your feedbacks, and also publish or unpublish them. By default the following flags are created: Spam, Inappropriate, Duplicate and Wrong Category. Also these flags cannot be deleted or renamed, but can be unpublished. In RSFeedback! you can also translate the flags by adding the flag name in uppercase and it's translation in your language file (language/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_rsfeedback.ini). For example:
NEW_FLAG=new_flag_translation
The flagging option can be proven a useful tool upon moderating(manual or automatic) feedbacks. It is to be noted the automatic moderation rules are triggered by flags if configured in the Moderation area.
