Where do I find the Tickets & My Tickets tabs?
The tabs are available in the following situations:
- If you are a logged in customer, you will see the "My Tickets" tab.
- If you are a logged in staff member, you will see the "Tickets" and "My Tickets" tabs.
Note: The tabs must be enabled from the Configuration area. Read more about this here.
