How can I remove the RSTickets! tab so that I can use my own links ?
You can remove it by:
  1. Logging in into the administration panel
  2. Accessing the RSTickets! Configuration area by selecting Components > RSTickets! > Configuration
  3. 3. In the General tab, set "Show RStickets! Menu" to "No"
