Page loading time
The Page loading time is a rather new factor introduced by search engines. Basically, the search engines consider that, the page loading time may improve the user experience across a site. The faster the page loads, the better.
As general recommendations, it is best to keep page requests low (AJAX scripts) and use thumbnail images instead of loading large images, scaled down via HTML tags. Also, try to keep the downloadable scripts as minimum as possible.
