Cron tickets are not created

"I configured the Cron plugin perfectly and it successfully connects to the email account but no tickets are created".

If the Cron connects to the configured email account it should automatically add the new tickets or ticket replies, but note that the Cron plugin is only triggered upon clicking on the "Tickets" or "My Tickets" tab.

Note:
Emails that have been parsed and added as tickets will be deleted from the email Inbox.
