Creating a new language pack

To create a new site language pack, follow these steps:

  1. Download the English example language pack listed in the Downloads area.
  2. Unzip the file.
  3. Edit the install.xml file and apply the changes accordingly.
  4. Edit and translate all the listed files. Note that will also have to rename the files according to the langauge prefix.
Note: We recommend that you use the corresponding HTML code for UTF-8 characters. If you choose not to use HTML codes for your UTF-8 characters, please make sure that you save the file with UTF-8 no BOM encoding.
