- The Tickets tab is only visible to staff members. Based on what group they belong to, the tickets tab will show up tickets sent by customers.
- In the My Tickets tab customers will be able to see what tickets they have submitted so far. Staff members will see what tickets they have been assigned (either automatically, manually by another staff member or by themselves) and the ones that they have submitted (again, depending on what group they belong to).
- The Submit Ticket tab is visible to all customers and to staff members who belong to a group that allow them to submit tickets on their own.
