Assigning RSTickets! to the Joomla! menu
- Go to Menus and select the menu where you would like to add the RSTickets! link.
- From the list, select RSTickets.
- On the right hand of the page, under Parameters (Basic) you can select which page you want to show. Currently there are 3 options available: Submit new ticket, My tickets or Unassigned tickets
