Hello, i need dropbox with option yes and no. For example the question is Do you agree with this: if answer is yes, form can be sent, but if the answer is no the form cant be sent until answer is yes.

Is that possible?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The easiest way is to use a checkbox, if checked form can be send.
