Add a link to files uploaded by users in your form 

If you want to directly check what users have uploaded in your form, you could add a direct link in your e-mail text, to point to the uploaded files.

Edit your form, go to the Emails tab, and in the Email text type:

http://www.your website here.com/components/com_forme/uploads/{file1}

(Assuming that you have created a file upload field, and it's field id is: file1)
