RSads! - Classified Ads Component » Installation and Setup

Installation and Setup Table of contents: Downloading and Installation Setting up the component RSads! Is a Joomla component. It is compatible with 1.0.x versions of Joomla. In order to install it, you have to go to your Back-end, point to Installers, then go to Components. Click on Browse, and choose the previously downloaded file com_rsads1.x.x.zip. Once you have installed the component you are ready to configure it. Downloading and Installation [Read All] Since RSads! is a commercial component, downloading the component is restricted to license owners only. If you have a license code, add it in the license box, then click on Support > Files. You will find a list of the files you can download using your license. This list includes the full component, plugins(mambots), modules, language files, update files and template files. All these files are protected by copyright and you are not allowed to redistribute them. Please read the RSads! Policy if you have any doubs. Setting up the component [Read All] Once you have installed the RSads! component, you have to perform a few tasks in order to make it fully functional. First of all you should add the license code. The next step is to set up the upload directories and set their permissions.
