Hi,
Im trying to create custom fields in RSTickets in Joomla but when I goto save, nothing is happening.
Please advise.

Hello,
Please uninstall your version of RSTickets and install the latest revision. This bug was fixed.

I am trying out the RS Tickets can someone tell me how I add custom fields such as time for call back and phone number to the ticket for the user to enter? Is this possible I don't see any options for custom fields.
