Currently with the last RSForm, in order to work with Joomfish you have to duplicate the forms and then call them from the different language menus.
But it will be more robust to translate only the field names and values for just one form layout, and in case you need to update the layout or add some minor changes then you will not need to duplicate and translate all the forms again.
