Having read the reviews I just had to try this out...

But It seems I have fallen at the first hurdle, installation.

The install seems to work successfully and the permissions are set as required. When I either select RSform from the component menu or the load sample data from the install dialogue the result is the same. See the screen grab.

If you can't see the image the result is two icons appear one with a rescue ring with link "_FORME_BACKEND_TOOLBAR_SUPPORT" the other a green upward pointing arrow with "_FORME_BACKEND_TOOLBAR_MAIN". Neither of the links works and there is no content below them on the page.


Does someone know what the problem is?

I would happily pay for this software if it made my life easier.

You've posted in the wrong section - please post in the appropiate section next time.
The installation has probably failed on your server, seeing those messages suggests that some files were not uploaded. Please check your directory permissions and try again.

Thank you for your reply and I will check the file permissions. Though this hasn't been a problem with Fabrik which I believe is one of your products.

With a view to this being posted incorrectly, could you please advise me which is the appropriate section.

You've posted in the RStickets! Bugs section, which is not related to your issue. Check out all of the forum sections before posting.
Fabrik is not our component; you could try installing a Tryout of RSform! Pro which is a lot better than RSform!, and see if that produces any errors.

I have downloaded the RSformpro tryout and having thoroughly removed the old installation have tried to install this......


As a result of these problems I have now raised a ticket on the subject.
