I´ve create the spanish.php in ../components/com_doqment/languages/ but doesn´t work.

Check your $mosConfig_lang variable. (in /configuration.php). Take the name of that variable(asume it "es") and call your file /components/com_doqment/languages/es.php

Problem solved, some words were in the backend configuration of the component (bug tracker, download and suggestions).
