Because I've left several messages on the forum and nobody has responded, I tried to create a tech support ticket. The tech support ticket system isn't working! After I clicked "Create Ticket", it just said "waiting for rsjoomla.com". I waited, and waited, ..... (Tried on two computers...).
I very much need some technical support that is not addressed in the cursory user manual that currently exists (at least the one I've seen). I would very much like to buy a license for the rsforms pro product once I can get basic functionality working.
Here are my current issues:
1. I cannot get a image button to display at all. I believe the issues is that RSFORMS expects me to know the correct path to the bitmap relative from "somewhere". (It would be better if there were a browse button to the image so the path would be correct automatically.)
What path is expected to the image (relative to what Joomla path)?
2. I have no idea (being a Java developer, not PHP) how to link on RSFORM to another RSFORM.
In my case, when a user clicks an image, she should be taken to another rsform to select quantity and such, then, finally, add items to a shopping cart.
3. I cannot find any examples how to have an RSFORM show up on their "own form" instead of on the main home page.
The user manual covers none of these problems that I could see (no examples of image buttons, for example).
Can you please help me?
Once I get these issues working, I'll gladly purchase a license and recommend your product as many others already have.
