Downloads for files less than 1.5Mb seems to work perfectly. I have double checked file names and paths all in the same folder. The folder name does have spaces as do the file names however only 3 (of 6) will down load popping up the "Save As" box where as the others throw up a Error 500 config msg (and a 404 error). Why?? Renaming the files to shorter non space names makes no difference. It would seem that the generated link is exactly the same structure as the ones that do work. Looking throug rsfiles.php (not my gift) the only area that should out was the df_size variable and associated logic.???
If anyone can shed some light one what may have gone wrong here I would really appreciate it.

I have a similar error: I get this "Error 500 - Internal server error" when I try to download mp3 files > 10MB
Any ideas ?
