I've been looking for a secure way to keep track of my clients. Yet give them frontend access to thier accounts.
Basically like virtue mart only more extensive. I sell hosting. domain registration,design,logos,business cards, and more items will be added.
able to list features
paypal enabled
frontend customer support
must be linked to joomla registration
ticket system
domain lookup
account details (backend for admin frontend for clients)
There's alot more to list.
If you are interested in building something like this let me know and I will go into further detail.
This component would be commercial.
I've already spent hundreds of dollars trying out different components and programs but none of them have the complete features I need. and the support for these components is virtually non existant or the creator does not want to change original component.

Hm, that sounds interesting. Specially because i already developed a ticketing system with paypal transaction tracker...
If you already have the list of features, would be nice if you could mail them to me, so i can see what else i should add to the existing component.

Not wanting to detract from the components developed by RS, but there is a (fairly new) Joomla billing component which does most of this already: nBill (http://www.nbill.co.uk).
I hope it is not out of line for me to post this here - just seemed relevant and not (yet) in direct competition with RS, and as it is new, some people may not have noticed it yet.
