First, allow me to offer sincere thanks for such high-quality modules and for excellent customer service. We are currently using RSForm!Pro to collect data and then an approval process that, unfortunately, can not be managed within Joomla! at this time.

We would love to see some sort of "mash-up" between RSForm!Pro and RSTickets! - or perhaps simply more customization in RSTickets!. I'll attempt to describe below.

We would like to take the data submitted by the (non-registered) users, capture to a database, then route that information to a group of users. At that point, I would like to be able to define certain data elements or actions that the users in that initial group could perform. In other words, I would like for the first user group to update a field and either close the ticket or move it onto a second user group (perhaps thought of as escalating the ticket). I would like for the assigned user within that group to be notified by e-mail that he or she has a new ticket waiting. Then I would like to define another set of fields that only users at the escalation level have access to. It would be great to have multiple levels of escalation available within the hierarchy. I would also like for the tickets to be totally customizable - just as forms are in RSForm!Pro.

Ultimately, the "perfect module" would allow the individual who submitted the ticket (or in this case an application) to login and review the status of his or her ticket (application).

I work with a non-profit agency that places neglected, abandoned, and abused dogs in appropriate homes. Each home undergoes an application and screening process before being allowed to adopt a dog. We have teams within the organization each charged with dealing with one "piece" of the application process. I could also see such a module being used for club membership applications, community service board applications, etc... I imagine such a module could even be used within an organization to approve expense requests, approve software change requests, etc...
