user side
user login to see an essay topic
after viewing topic user is timed
user writes essay offline (1-10,000 words)
user submits essay in form
timing stops
username, timestamp, essay and time written to mysql database
component creates topic with test name in specific phpbb forum
essay then posts to specific phpbb forum topic as 'anonymous' as a reply to an existing topic with the test name
admin side
set up essay tests
multiple tests, date/time window that test stays open, 'rules', forum and topic name for posting essays
view status of each test
etc
