Yes, I've looked in my SPAM folders - searched them on my computer and on the server.
I paid for RSForm on the 16th. Nothing yet.
I sent email to Alex on the 17th. Nothing yet.
I sent another email to Alex at a different email address I found here in the forum. Waiting.
Though it's a small sum of money, it's very annoying not getting through to anyone on this.
Support mechanism really need to be rethought before I can commit to using these products in a production environment.
