Hi Alex (?),
Last week I purchased RSForm!, received a confirmation from "sales@2co.com", but have not received the download link. I used my personal email address "david.thomas(at)iOctane.com" for the purchase and our "accounts(at)iOctane.com" for billing.
Can you help? Have I missed something obvious?
Why don't you have a mechanism for people sending a question like "where's the download link?"?

Hi Alex, Found the download link Email - it was automatically filtered by our anti-SPAM system. Not sure why the download link was filtered, but the 2CO purchase Email wasn't.
