I am trying to determine if there is a way to email a "management" person if a ticket has not had any activity after a period of time. We are concerned about a ticket getting assigned to a customer service rep and they don't respond to it for whatever reason...

I realize a notification can be sent after a set number of replies have been submitted on a ticket. I am looking for a trigger based on a period of time - say 24 hours.
