SUJET: Total number of checked checkboxes

Total number of checked checkboxes 1 year 3 weeks ago #17222

I am creating a form with 8 different checkboxes
The checkboxes represent different contracters needed for a specific task.
A diffent number of contracters is needed per task
Upon submitting the form all the needed contracters receive an email.
I would like to have the total number of checked checkboxes be stored in a hidden field.
I have studdied the examples but i am too much of a noob the figure it out by myself.
Anyone?
