Hello,

I have a joomla 3.3.1 with RSTickets! Pro 1.9.16

We installed your report plugin and we have this message all the times.

There is not enough data to display a report. Please either select another time period or wait for more customer support activity to be carried on your website.

To generate a report you will need to have enough data, try submitting several tickets and also try selecting a bigger time interval when trying to generate the report.
