Hi,

I have already working the rsform pro.

but I want that submition forms to become automaticly a ticket on RSticket pro.

is this possible?

Hello,

The easiest way to do this would actually be using the RSTickets!Pro Cron plugin. You can simply have the user or admin emails from RSForm!Pro to be sent to a configured Cron address. The RSTickets!Pro Cron plugin will automatically parse the email and transform it to a ticket.

Easiest for whom? :P The cron plugin seems to be a clumsy extra step. :dry: You have to have imap working ok (which might be a pain if you host manager don't have it :blush: ) and stuff in your site and you also have to have an email acount for each departament if you want things neat :whistle: .

I think a real integration is actually necessary so that all job is done in joomla solely. ;)

Still without integration news? For years we have been asking for the integration of RSFORM and RSTicketspro, there is a field in RSFORM called Tickets, what does this mean if it can not be integrated into RSTICKETS?
