I was wondering if RSMail was able to track which subscribers clicked on which link and when in the message sent out? These statistics are really useful for email marketing campaigns. You have to enable it before sending out the message by going to Components > RSMail! > Message > select_message > Send > and click the "Enable link history" option. To view the results just go to Components > RSMail! > Reports > Message Statistics.

Alexandru Plapana NOW ONLINE Moderator Posts: 1082	Hello, Actually RSMail has a option that enables you to perform a more advanced tracking... but adding more overhead to the system and DB. In the advanced mode you can track individual users and their clicks on each of your message links.
