Username custom link: Whenever a username is displayed, it will show this link. You can use this to connect your ticketing system with your forum, Community Builder or any other component. Use the {userid} placeholder to prefill the Joomla! user's id. Eg. index.php?option=com_something&id={userid}
Example: If you want to integrate RSTickets! with a Community Builder profile, use this custom link:
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userProfile&user={userid}
