Work67 OFFLINE Fresh Boarder Posts: 1	Hi all, I recently bought RSForms pro and now need a customer support solution, I was wondering if anyone knew if RSForms and RSTickets can pull data from one and other. Also Can you design your own customer form for RSTickets as the demo seemed to indicate this was not the case... Any help?

Hello,

At the moment there are no integrations between our two components. Please note that you can customize the "Submit ticket" form by adding custom fields to each of your departments. You can read more about custom fields in the following article:
