Please try to manually uninstall RStickets! as it is described in this article from our documentation:

After you have manually uninstalled the component please make sure that you have the permissions set correctly, in order to proceed with a new installation. You will need to have at least 755 for /components, 755 for /administrator/components, 777 for /media and 777 for /tmp

After you have set the permissions correctly, you can proceed with a new installation of the program.
