I need to know if RSTICKETS can do this, because I need to charge the support tickets.

I need to make a page that can able to count the closed tickets of a certain custom field that the user have at the moment and calculate the payment based on the predefined value of the selected custom field.

Example:

Custom field list: pc repair / antivirus update...
Value custom field: pc repair = 3u$s
Value custom field: antivirus update = 4u$s
User have 2 closed tickets (pc repair+antivirus) = 7 u$s

Page:

Dear user: you have 2 ticket closed.

1 - PC REPAIR (3u$s)
2 - Antivirus update (4u$s)

You must pay: 7 u$s

RSTickets! does not have the "charge ticket" feature available. Our component was designed as a free helpdesk solution for your site's users. We will consider adding this feature in one of our future updates.
