I think it's great that there's a file/folder permission scanner built into the System Check. However, it'd be nice if there were some way to override the permission test level in the configuration. For example, I'm currently working in a dev environment where Joomla needs 775/664 access because the files need to be group runable. In this case, it'd be great to be able to override the default 755/644 level as an acknowledgement that, 'Yes, I know the permissions are too high.'
