Hello, it would be great if responses from other e-mail addresses can be entered into the ticket rather than to refuse to accept this, because the answer does not come from the e-mail address that you have opened the ticket. If that should not go, should at least get the sender is informed that the answer could not be attached to the ticket, which just is not the case.
