Short explanation: Customers can buy support time with credits. Detailed description: 1- Customers buy an amount of credits for support. One credit is (for example) 15 minutes support. Let's say they buy 10 credits. 2- When a support request is finished, the staff closes the ticket. 3- RSTickets will ask the staff member to enter the amount of time it took to solve the request. For example 30 minutes. 4- 30 minutes = 2 credits, so there will be 2 credits substracted from the amount of the customers credits. The customer has now 8 credits left (8x15 = 120min). 5- The customer can see an overview of spend credits in his ticket overview. When the customer runs out of credits, he can buy new credits.
