tickets from unregistered users create a standard joomla user account by default. however, if you have virtuemart installed the new user created by rstickets doesn't populate information in the virtumart user table and you are left with null values. rstickets is a great pre-sales tool for customer support but would be that much better if a user's account could then be used to go on and make a purchase through your online store.
