Remove user from list on unsubscribe

When a user unsubscribe in frontend, the user should:

1) be able to select list til be unsubscribed from (first enter email.. let the system check subscriptions with AJAX.. then see an choose from list)

2) be REMOVED from the chosen list(s) in the backend
