Ideally a subscription list will be made up of user ids, then on mailing each of the ids on a list is looked up in jos_comprofiler to get the current e-mail address. If the e-mail addresses are stored in RSMail! then any change in CB needs to trigger an update in RSMail! - as long as both are in sync I'll be happy.
