No, there is no documentation, because there isn't much to say. Install it just like any other Joomla! component, head to Components > RSTester!, select a component and wait for the results (it will tell if your Joomla! installation can run the component in question).

Alex I think that every serious product must have documentation , it's mostly for product PR .
